Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") define the conditions for using the learning management service provided by Gakusyu-Kanri.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). Users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") agree to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
- These Terms shall apply to all relationships between Users and the Service regarding the use of the Service.
Article 2 (Service Description)
- The Service provides tools that allow Users to create study plans and manage the progress of their learning materials and study activities.
- The Service allows Users to create study plans, manage textbook information, record study progress, check learning status, and use other features provided by the Service.
- The Service does not guarantee Users' learning outcomes, improvement in academic performance, acquisition of qualifications, passing of examinations, or other results.
- The Service may change, add, or discontinue features or content without prior notice to Users.
Article 3 (Account Registration and External Account Integration)
- Registration for the Service may be completed through external account integrations (OAuth), including Google, LINE, X (Twitter), and other services provided by the Service.
- Users are responsible for managing the external accounts used for integration and may not allow third parties to use their accounts.
Article 4 (Management of Learning Data)
- Users are responsible for managing their registered study plans, textbook information, study records, and other data.
- The Service does not guarantee complete recovery of data in the event of data loss caused by system failures, unauthorized access, or other unexpected circumstances.
- The Service may analyze usage data and statistical information in a form that does not identify individuals for the purpose of improving service quality.
Article 5 (Usage Fees)
- The Service currently provides features that can be used free of charge.
- The Service may provide certain features as paid services in the future.
- If paid services are introduced, details such as pricing, payment methods, subscription periods, cancellation procedures, and other conditions will be separately displayed on the Service.
- After paid services are introduced, the terms and conditions displayed at the time of service provision shall apply.
Article 6 (Prohibited Activities)
- Activities that violate laws or public order and morals.
- Activities related to criminal acts.
- Activities that infringe upon the rights of the Service, other Users, or third parties.
- Activities involving impersonation of third parties.
- Activities involving the collection or accumulation of other Users' personal information.
- Unauthorized access or attempts to gain unauthorized access.
- Unauthorized analysis, modification, destruction, or interference with the Service's systems, programs, or data.
- Activities that interfere with the operation of the Service.
- Commercial advertising, solicitation, or sales activities using the Service without authorization.
- Other activities deemed inappropriate by the Service.
Article 7 (Textbook Information and Intellectual Property Rights)
- Users are responsible for the use of textbook names, reference book names, learning content, and other information they register.
- The Service does not provide, reproduce, sell, or distribute textbooks or copyrighted materials themselves.
- Copyrights and other intellectual property rights regarding text, images, programs, designs, and other content within the Service belong to the Service or their respective rightful owners.
Article 8 (Restriction of Use and Account Termination)
- If a User violates these Terms, the Service may, without prior notice, suspend the User's access, delete registered information, or take other necessary measures.
- The Service shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users due to restrictions of use or account termination.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
- The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or reliability of the Service's content and information.
- The Service shall not be responsible for learning outcomes, examination results, or any other results obtained through use of the Service.
- The Service shall not be liable for damages caused by service interruptions due to system failures, communication failures, maintenance, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
- The Service shall not be responsible for damages arising from external services linked from the Service.
Article 10 (Changes to the Service)
- The Service may change, add, or discontinue the content of the Service without prior notice to Users.
- The Service shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users as a result of such changes.
Article 11 (Changes to These Terms)
- The Service may modify these Terms when deemed necessary.
- Modified Terms shall become effective when posted on the Service.
Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
- These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
- In the event of any dispute regarding the Service, the courts having jurisdiction over the location of the Service operator shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
